We want your journal to reach you safely and on time. Here is everything you need to know, in plain words.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment location. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

How Long Will It Take?

Processing: 1–2 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays).

During busy seasons, or because of weather or customs, delivery can take a little longer. If there is a big delay, we will email or call you.

Tracking Your Package

You will receive a shipping email with your tracking number. It becomes active within 24 hours. You can follow your package on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and Import Fees

For UK orders, any import duties, VAT, or fees charged by local authorities are paid by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please keep the packaging and contact us with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement right away.

Wrong Address?

Please check your address before you order. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours and we will fix it before your order ships.

Digital Items

Items marked as digital download or printable are delivered by email after checkout. There is no shipping charge.
