Shipping policy

Saints Journal Co is a brand operated by MediaGoats INC, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", "our").

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Saints Journal Co. The following terms constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will contact you via email or phone if there will be a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All prices are in USD. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

US Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $10.00: FREE shipping
  • Orders under $10.00: A standard shipping fee applies (less than $10.00). The exact amount is shown at checkout.

Delivery Times (US Domestic)

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days after shipment

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak holiday seasons.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

MediaGoats INC (Saints Journal Co) is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged or it is lost during transit, please save all packaging materials and contact us immediately at help@saintsjournalco.com with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement right away.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at 210-298-3218 or help@saintsjournalco.com so we can fix it before shipment.
