Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your Bible Study Guide Journal. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

Our 90-Day Return Promise

You have 90 days from the day you receive your order to return it. To be returned, the journal should be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it
In its original packaging
Sent with your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Email help@saintsjournalco.com with your order number.
We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Once we receive and check your item, we will let you know the status of your refund.

Your Refund

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refundable, unless the return is because of our mistake.

Damaged or Misprinted Journal?

If your journal arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, please email us right away with a photo. We will gladly send a free replacement or a full refund, including return shipping. You pay nothing.

Cancelling an Order

To cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it under this policy.

Daily Bible App Subscription

You can cancel your Daily Bible app subscription at any time. See Manage Subscription. [CONFIRM: refund rule for app subscription charges, e.g. no refund for the current month, or refund on request within X days.]
